Next Project ..........

So this is my next project, the Traceur which is based upon the Le Fish VTPR 3D aaerobat, of which there have been a few variations knocking about, including seriously lightening the airframe as per the "Swiss Fish".

I'm not bothered about having an ultra light model as we very rarely have winds of 10mph or less, so I shan't be making any special efforts to lighten my airframe. I will be looking to fly it in wind speeds of 10 - 15mph, or a tad more.

    Nice looking model, flew Tims guppy which looks similar. It felt nothing like an EPP model in the air, was much smoother and the aerobatics were brilliant.

    Yes Jack, the Guppy is the Le Fish's little brother at about 48". There are plans knocking about the internet for a very similar model called the Swinger 48, which I understand was designed by a guy in Cornwall and something I may look at building at some stage. Just another build to add to my list of projects, one of which includes a jet type model made entirely of corex.
